A high-street retailer in Poland noticed a dramatic increase in shoplifting from their stores across the country from the year previously. Wanting to look into potential security options, they contacted Titan Security Europe to discuss options.
We offered them guards in-store, CCTV monitoring, and security keyholding services. We informed the client that guards work as a visual deterrent as well as an on-site security measure; CCTV monitoring means that the entirety of the store will always be watched, and moments can be watched back; and security keyholding means that should an incident occur overnight, a security professional will be first on the scene.
The client decided to take us up on all three of these options at the stores most affected. After watching the rate of shoplifting drop at these stores, they decided to expand it further and we are continuing to operate a successful security partnership with the retailer.
