The Client
Titan Security Europe supplies ongoing concierge security in Berlin for a large financial institution undergoing a major office refurbishment programme.
We are contracted to ensure that no unauthorised entry or theft can occur during the project.
Our responsibilities
Our guards, trained specifically in concierge security, are present on the site. They conduct themselves in a friendly and helpful manner whilst always being aware of security
- All deliveries to the site come via our guards for check-in and distribution
- Staff, contractors, and visitors entering the building first report to our guards to sign in, and then sign out on leaving.
- Our guards perform bag checks on everyone entering or leaving the site.
The job is ongoing while construction continues, and we are in talks with the client to continue the service once the business reopens the refurbished office building.
