Event Security in Germany
Titan Security Europe recently became involved in what was originally a one-off security project for a conference in Germany, but after seeing how effective our event security services were, the client asked us to expand globally with them.

The Problem
A high-tech IT developer was holding a technology conference in Germany.
Given that the conference involved the showcasing of expensive, high-tech equipment, there were concerns about this equipment becoming damaged or stolen as the event proceeded.
Security for the Technology Event
There were also, as there always are with such events, concerns about unauthorised people entering, which could lead to a number of security threats, including information leaks about this newly developed technology.
After discussions with the client, we reached the understanding that they needed ongoing 24/7 guarding while the event was underway.
The event was over 3 days and 3 nights, and security was needed for this entire time. Our guards were placed at entrance points to the event and to each room within the venue, as well as around the showcased high-tech equipment.
After the main public event ended, there was a further VIP event with a specific guest list.
Due to the volume of guests that had attended the public event, the client had concerns that they would try to enter this VIP event, either to sneak in intentionally or because they weren’t aware that attendance at the VIP was by invitation only.
We placed our guards at the doors to this event, and they were given the guest list. They checked the name and identification of everyone who attempted to enter the event, admitting those who could prove they were on the guest list and turning away anyone who wasn’t.
The Outcome
Due to our guarding, the event passed without the incidents that our client was concerned about.
In fact, the client was so happy with the services we provided for their event that they asked us to become their ongoing security presence for events.
This conference in Germany was one of many they hold globally, and as Titan Security has been expanding worldwide, they have asked us to extend our services to meet their requirements.
