Titan Security Europe has an ongoing concierge security job in Berlin, Germany.
An office for a major financial institution in the city is currently undergoing rebuilding and renovation. The client approached us, asking for a security service to ensure deliveries passed into the building safely and that no unauthorised people could enter the site while construction was underway.
What Our Guards Did
We placed our guards, trained specifically in concierge security, on the site.
- When deliveries came in, the person with the delivery would come to our guards with it. Our guards would then be the ones to pass it into the property or to call someone down to collect it.
- Any and all people who entered the site, whether staff or visitors, had to first report to our guards to sign in and then sign out upon leaving.
- Our guards performed bag checks on every single person as they entered and left the site.
