Corporate security audits and planning
A security plan is a document that identifies the risks and vulnerabilities of your business, outlines how you will address those potential issues, and details the protocols for managing an incident when it occurs.
A good security plan will help you shore up your defences against threats to your business operations by identifying and mitigating potential security risks. It should also lay out a response plan in case of emergencies or incidents at work.
Our security experts are available to come in and take an objective look at your current corporate security arrangements and use the results to upgrade your corporate security plan. This is a free service and without further obligation.
How a security audit can help
A well-written security plan can improve your organisation’s overall level of protection by helping you:
- Identify potential risks – A good strategy starts with an assessment of what could go wrong. This includes assessing both internal (employee) and external (public) threats to the health, safety and well-being of customers who visit your location on a daily basis as well as protecting your business assets from theft.
- Determine actionable strategies – Once you know what needs addressing, it’s time to develop strategies that can be put into motion if something happens—or even before something happens if possible.
- Put measures in place – Once you have a strategy in place and know what measures to take, it’s time to put them into action. Our corporate security audit sometimes shows that certain types of physical security measures are needed instead of or alongside manned guarding. These might include:
- Installation of security barriers, gates and fencing
- High-security windows, doors and locks
- Entry systems
- Security lighting and alarm systems
- Surveillance and monitoring system.
- Fire alarms
- Sensor installation to detect motion or intrusion
In addition to our renowned manned guarding services, Titan Security Europe provides a full corporate security service that includes the supply and installation of physical security measures if needed.
After conducting your security audit, our experts can supply a competitive quote for physical security measures that tackle identified vulnerabilities for you to consider.
Corporate Security: Client Case Studies
Supply Corporate Security Guards for a Global Fintech Company
A leading global fintech and cryptocurrency exchange firm with regional offices across Europe recently engaged us under a long-term contract to provide corporate security for multiple office locations.
This case study outlines the challenges faced, our solutions, and the outcomes to be achieved, while fully anonymising client details to comply with NDA obligations.
Our comprehensive presence in Europe and membership of the international Risk Global Management Security Group ideally placed our company to meet their requirements with professional guards taking up duties in multiple office locations, including:
- Southern Ireland
- The United Kingdom
- Germany
- Switzerland
- Spain
The Problem
- The need for a single entity to provide a cohesive and centrally managed corporate security service across multiple countries and locations.
- An expanding regional presence increased vulnerabilities at office entry/exit points, visitor access, and building perimeters, with risks of unauthorised entry, disturbances, and emergencies.
- These busy corporate environments and the sensitive, confidential information they store create a need for professional visitor and staff entry management, prompt alarm response, and enforcement of ID checks before granting access
- Detailed incident logging and routine inspections are needed to identify potential gaps in compliance and employee security awareness training.
Our Solutions
It was agreed that we supply teams of three security guards in each of the locations (two on duty and one on standby).
The guards are to dress in formal business attire to reflect the corporate environment in which they are working.
On-duty hours for security cover are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the office building and entry/exit points.
- Deal with visitors who come to the office professionally and courteously.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies, ensuring the safety of employees.
- Enforce security protocols, including verifying IDs, controlling office access to prevent unauthorised access, and managing visitor logs, ensuring that it is always known who is on the premises and why
- Perform routine patrols of internal and external areas to check doors, windows, stairwells, and emergency exits
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities and observations.
- Provide clear guidance to employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Assist in evacuations or other emergency actions when necessary.
Key performance indicators
- Appearance and professionalism
- Attendance and timekeeping
- Comprehensive record-keeping
- Continuity of staffing
- Reduce unauthorised access to zero
- Response times to incidents and emergencies

Jaguar Land Rover Showroom
Titan Security Europe worked in cooperation on a project for JLR / Jaguar Land Rover to provide security at the newly built showroom in Exeter, Devon. This was a flagship enterprise, with some of its most expensive models on display and vulnerable.
We were tasked with the security of the whole site. Our security services included:
- Access control and ID checks for contractors working on the site
- Nighttime security protects equipment, tools, vehicles, and products on site.
- Mobile patrols for backup and support of static security guards on site
A 5-man security team supported the site by working a variety of mixed shifts. Titan Security Europe covered the whole project from start to finish.
Corporate Office Security Guarding
The Problem
A global commercial real estate operator was confronted with a situation that required an agile security contractor to deal with an urgent security emergency. Across their company, they were changing the locks of their offices after a breach and were extremely worried about further breaches occurring during this vulnerable time.
The Solution
After the client contacted us, we consulted with them to establish their specific concerns.
After they explained about the breach and their worries about further breaches, we suggested and provided the following:
- We placed guards on the doors to the offices in the numerous locations that required additional security.
- The guards were provided with a list of who was allowed into the building: contractors, employees, and any guests who were due to visit.
- The guards checked the name and identification of everyone who attempted to enter the building. Anyone who could not provide identification was turned away.
The Outcome
- Our guards ensured that only authorised persons entered the building. Everyone else was turned away.
- All offices were kept secure for the entire weekend while the locks were changed.
- The client was happy with the service provided, and we hope to work with them again.
