We were approached to provide office concierge security by a business in Israel that wanted to improve the security of its headquarters office block.

They already had CCTV in operation, but found that they were having increasing issues with unwanted guests entering the offices.

We suggested a refined service that combines the roles of front desk concierge and security to eliminate unauthorised entry and provide helpful advice and assistance to authorised visitors.

We placed our office concierge security guards on the front desk of this office foyer. Everyone who entered the building had to sign in and verify their identification. They were not granted access to the building if there was an issue with their identification, they refused to sign in, or they did not have an appointment with anyone working there

Our officers also took over CCTV monitoring as an added layer of security, and the client has reported a significant drop in security breaches. We continue to work with this client and are expanding our service to other office blocks they have in the country.
