Brittany Ferries
Working alongside Brittany Ferries out of Plymouth, Titan Security Europe provided uniformed guarding to passengers boarding and disembarking on the ferry service between Roscoff and Plymouth. It was important for this role to provide safety, and also customer service. We ensured the safety of all passengers going on to the boat by using random searches. We also focused on customer service by ensuring ticket checks were conducted in a friendly manner while at the same time directing and assisting passengers. For those passengers coming off, it was the same process in reverse. The contract was during peak trading of summertime. This involved using five security guards with our on-site supervisor working alongside Brittany staff.
