A multi-site retail security case study
The client
A Europe-wide hairstyling company with salons in multiple locations across France, Spain, Italy, Germany and Belgium requires security services during a maintenance programme taking place at night when the salon is closed.
The client approached Titan Security Europe after visiting our website and recognising our relevant retail security experience. They took up the free, no-obligation consultation we offer to all potential clients, which convinced them to use our services.
The contract
Security teams guard the salons overnight while technicians complete their maintenance work. Guards will:
- Take the keys from the salon team when they leave in the evening
- Verify the identities of maintenance workers on arrival and refuse entry to anyone they cannot verify
- Verified members of the maintenance team are admitted into the store, and the door is locked again
- Patrol the interior and exterior of the salon while maintenance is being carried out
- Escort the maintenance team out of the building once their work is complete
- Lock doors behind the team. Keys remain in the salon and are handed to the salon managers in the morning
- Report any incidents immediately to the client and to our own duty staff for full transparency. This includes attempted unauthorised entry, any suspicious activity by the maintenance team, and any other odd or suspicious activity through the night.
The outcome
There is a rolling programme of salon maintenance throughout the year. This remains a successful ongoing contract, and we will continue working alongside this client for some time to come.
