Corporate Security Guarding for a Legal Firm in Zurich
The client
Titan Security Europe has been contracted by a legal services company in Zurich, Switzerland, to supply security for their document review room. The review room contains highly confidential information that must never be compromised.
The contract
The client had very specific needs from both the guards and the company.
Of the company…
- Should an assigned guard be absent, late, or unable to perform duties, Titan Security Europe is to deploy a fully licensed and briefed replacement within 60 minutes of receiving notice.
- It is the responsibility of the company to inform the client of any planned absences from the regular guard team with at least five business days’ notice.
- The company is to maintain a daily log of attendance, incidents and visitor entries as stated by the assigned officer. Any incidents must be reported to the client within an hour of occurrence and followed up in writing within 24 hours.
Of the guard…
Any incidents are to be reported immediately to the security company.
The officer is to be stationed at the entrance of the review room. They are to ensure access is restricted to all but pre-approved personnel and prevent unauthorised entry.
Officers must have a current Swiss security accreditation and licence.
Officers must have appropriate training in access control, incident reporting, and health and safety procedures.
The outcome
The client initially contracted us for a month starting in November of last year. The contract was extended over the Christmas period. As of the beginning of the following calendar year, it became ongoing on an ad hoc basis.
